2. While whoppie pie cakes are cooling , combine strawberrys and sugar and mix well. Let sit to extract juices.

4. ASSEMBLE SHORTCAKES.
5. Put one Whoppie Pie bottom up on serving plate.
6. Put some whipped cream on cake.
