1. Drain sun dried tomatoes RESERVE 2 TABLESPOONS OF OIL for sautéing.
2. In a large skillet on high heat sauté garlic and sun dried tomatoes (drained from oil) in 2 tablespoons of the oil 4 about 1 minute.
