Whipped chocolate ganache frosting is made simply by whipping cooled ganache. Ganache is a simple mixture of melted chocolate and cream.   1. You need of unsweetened chocolate, chopped.
  2. Prepare of unsalted butter.
  3. You need of large eggs.
  4. Prepare of vanilla extract.
  5. Prepare of granulated sugar.
  6. You need of salt.
  7. It's of all purpose flour.
  8. Prepare of garnish.
  9. Prepare of sweetened cocoa powder.

After ganache is whipped into a frosting, it has the texture and flavor of a very rich chocolate whipped cream. Spread the peanut butter frosting in an even layer over the cooled brownies. Now - I love my Triple Chocolate Brownies but recently I've been on a quest to create the ultimate fudge brownies with chocolate frosting. You see, my Triple Chocolate Brownies are the type for eating with a spoonful of ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Fudge Brownies with Whipped White Chocolate Coffee Ganache Frost step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 by 9 inch baking pan with bakers spray. Line pan with foil and spray foil as well.This will allow you to remove the brownies intact for easy frosting.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate just until melted and smooth. I use the microwave. Cool to room temperature.
  3. In a bowl beat eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt just until light and well blended, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in chocolate mixture just to blend.
  5. Stir in flour just until uniform in color, do not over mix.
  6. Pour evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, intil just set and a toothpick has a few moist crumbs. Let cool in pan completely then lift out in one piece using foil.
  8. Frost with my Whipped White Chocolate Coffee Ganache, pictured below and the recipe is in my profile and in search.

  10. Dust top of frosting with sweetened cocoa powder.
  11. Cut into sqares and serve. Refrigerate, covered to store.

Brownie Picnic Cake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. I use White's Coffees fresh roasted hazelnut beans. Very rich and easy to pipe onto a cake of your choice. For regular ganache, skip the cooling and whipping. Ganache is one of my favourite frosting.
