  1. Brown sausage in Dutch oven, remove. (Start tall pot of salted water for pasta).
  2. Chop and add onions along with herbs.
  3. Add wine to deglaze pan.
  4. Add tomatoes, bouillon, chopped cabbage.
  5. Cook until tender. Return sausage to pan. Olive oil and salt to taste. Serve over pasta.
