I made the habanero cheese sauce with habanero cheddar cheese, but you can make it with regular cheddar cheese/monterey jack and add some chopped habanero to it instead. Remove the grouper from the marinade; discard the marinade. Press each fillet into the crumb mixture to coat all sides. Goat a large no-stick skillet with no-stick spray and place over medium-high heat until hot.

  3. slice the fish into 5-6 ounce fillets and generously coat with seasoning.
  4. add fish to skillet and flip ever 8-10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
