  6. Prepare 10-15 of cashews (cut).
  7. You need 10-12 of almonds(crushed).
  8. You need 1/2 cup of Coconut (grated).
  9. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Makhane (fox nut)(crushed).
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of Elachi (Cardamom)powder.
  11. Prepare 1-2 tsl of Chiroji.
  12. Prepare 20-25 of Kismish(raisins).
  13. You need 8-10 of saffron strands.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Pistachios(optional).

Kheer step by step

  1. Boil the milk stir well. After boiled milk add soked rice and stir cook and boil. boil on high heat and then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 45 minutes, stirring frequently till the milk thickens and the rice gets cooked and homogenizes slightly in the milk.rice ar mashy..
  2. Soak saffron in 2 tablespoons warm milk for 15 minutes..
  3. The soaked kesar release both it's color and flavor and add it to the kheer. Add the condensed milk and cardamom powder and cook for another minutes. Add chopped nuts and mix.off the flame and mix sugar. before serving. refrigerate for a few hours and serve it chilled..
