  1. You need 1 cup of rolled oats.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of milk.

  4. You need 1 tbsp of mixed seeds (flaxseeds, melon seeds,pumpkin seeds).
  5. You need 1 tsp of raisins.
  6. It's 1 tsp of chopped almonds.
  7. It's 2 tbsp of honey.

  1. Take a wok, add oats and roast for one minute..
  2. Add milk and water, mix well. Let it come to boil..
  3. Cook it for 5 mins and now add seeds and dry fruits. Serve it hot and add honey while serving. You can Top up with fruits of your choice as well..
