  3. Prepare 40-50 gms of jaggery (According to taste).

  5. You need 1-1 tablespoon of dry fruits/seeds as per your choice.

  1. At first, heat the full cream milk and boil in low flame for 10-15 minutes..
  2. Now heat a pan on low flame and add the seeds to it.Dry roast and let them puff. Keep aside..
  3. Take a non- stick pan. Put Ghee and heat the ghee. Now add your favourites dry fruits like almonds, cashew nut, pistachios or raisins in it and sauté them for few seconds..
  4. Time to add puffed seeds to the milk. Let them cook for some time. keep stirring continuously till the milk achieves a thick consistency..
  5. Add jaggery into the milk and let it get mixed properly. Now Transfer kheer to the serving bowls. Serve hot..
