Spicy Beef Roast step by step

  1. Pressure cook No.1 ingredients without adding water till beef is done.(Cooking time varies depending on the meat and the pressure cooker).
  2. Open the cooker and cook till all the water (that has oozed out from the meat) evapourates..
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add onions.Saute well till they turn golden brown.Then add ginger,garlic and green chillies and saute till the raw smell goes..
