Cook's note: I used The Snack Factory brand of flat pretzel crisps to prepare these ice cream sammies.
They are usually located in the Deli section of the grocery store.

- It's 16 of Pretzel crisps.
- Prepare 4 oz of Chocolate candy coating, melted.
- It's 16 tsp of Marshmallow cream.
- It's 1 cup of Cookie dough ice cream, softened.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of English toffee bits.
You can also be creative at this stage and add anything you like. They are best served up warm and with something to dip them in. I like mustard/honey mustard for the traditional pretzels and jam for the cream. "Easy Ice cream sandwiches that freeze great and hold flavor! Enjoy as often as necessary!" Save to favorites.

- Dip pretzels in candy coating. Place on waxed paper and let set. Spread bottom of each pretzel with marshmallow cream..
- Spread two tbsp of icecream on 8 of pretzels, cover with remaining 8 pretzels to make sammies..
- Roll ice cream portion of each Sammy in English toffee. Wrap in waxed paper and freeze..

To assemble, put a scoop of softened ice cream in the center of a cookie. Top with a similarly-sized cookie, wrap in plastic wrap, and gently press down to flatten out ice cream scoop.
