One of the beautiful things about this calzone (aside from being addictively delicious) is that it can be a very quick assembly, or an entirely made-from-scratch creation.   1. Pre heat oven to 350..
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, and hot sauce..
  3. On a lightly greased cookie sheet, form mixture into a rectangular meatloaf..
  4. Bake for 50 minutes..
  5. Baste with buffalo wing sauce..
  6. Remove from oven and let cool. Raise oven temp to 450..
  7. On another lightly greased cookie sheet, spread out the dough to cover 3/4 of the pan..
  8. Place cooled meatloaf on dough. Baste again with the buffalo wing sauce..
  9. Top with the cheese and fold over the dough to form calzone. Pinch the seams so it doesn't leak..
  10. Put a few small slices on top and bake until golden brown..
  11. Serve warm and dip in blue cheese dressing..

Very easy to make and serves a crowd, if you want it to. Remove from the oven and invert the football pan onto the baking sheet to unmold the calzone. Drizzle the crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Buffalo chicken is one of my most favorite flavors EVER, and I'm always trying to come up with ways to incorporate it into new dishes.
