  9. Add Beef Broth, and bring to a simmer. Then, add Sherry. Cover and simmer at low-medium for 1 to 2 hours, until tender..
  10. Mix 1/4 cup cold Water with 2 tbsp Flour. Slowly add to sauce and stir until thickened..
  11. Slowly, blend in Sour Cream and Cream Cheese and heat. Remove pan from heat, before boiling..
  12. Serve over buttered Egg Noodles..
