Some methods of defrosting may include:Microwaving to defrost them..you can place three at a time in a container not close together..few seconds(not over heat them).and when out of oven,they are back into soft dough(see pics) which can be reshaped to rolls again InshaAllah!.

Preheat oven briefly place the rolls in and leave to cook until risen.when risen well,then can smear some oil or butter over the top,to make softer and cooked nicely surface,also helps to brown abit more...leave until the base is cooked and surface is nice color InshaAllah!.
