Ingredients of Naan with Chicken karahi

  1. You need 1/2 Kg of Chicken.
  2. It's 3 of (tablespoon) Oil.
  3. You need 1 of Small Onion.
  4. Prepare 1 of small Capsicum.
  5. You need 2 of small Tomato.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
  8. It's 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Black pepper.
  11. Prepare 3 cup of Flour.
  12. It's 3 of (tablespoon)Yogurt.
  13. You need 2 of (tablespoon) Oil.
  14. It's 1/2 of (tablespoon) Yeast.
  15. Prepare 1 of (tablespoon) Salt.
  16. You need 1/4 of (tablespoon)Sugar.
  17. Prepare of Water as you required.
  18. It's 2 of (tablespoon) Chopped Coriander.
  19. You need 2 tsp of Fannel Flower.
  20. You need 1/2 of Beaten Egg.

The pepper and onions at the end add the crunch and sharpness to it. All in all this is a crowd pleaser great to serve with some rice or naan. Chicken thighs with spicy rub are slow cooked with onions and carrots until tender. The chicken is chopped up and served on warm naan with mango-ginger chutney and spinach.

Naan with Chicken karahi step by step

  1. Sub say pehlay Karahi may oil dalein phir onion dalein or 2 minute Kay liay pakayen phir us may Chicken dalein or pakayen.
  2. Or phir us may tomato dalein or boun lein achi tarah phir us may salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, Coriander powder, black pepper,dalein or pakayen or phir 5-10 minute Kay liay pakayen or phir high flame pay pakayen 2 minute Kay liay or phir flame off Kar dein.
  3. Phir naan bana lein us Kay liay sub say pehlay ik bowl may flour,yeast,salt,sugar,oil,Yogurt or water dalein or gound lein achi tarah or phir cover Kar Kay 1 hour Kay liay rakh dein.
  4. Phir is ko nikal lein or us Kay pairay bana lein or phir un ko beal lein or baking try may dal dein or phir upper us Kay egg wash Karen phir upper chopped Coriander or fannel flower lagayen or medium flame pay 5-10 minute bake Kar lein.
  5. Or phir serve karen.

Chicken Karahi is arguably the most popular dish in both Pakistan and India and one that is my absolute favorite.
