Homemade naan instructions

  1. In a bowl add in flour, atta, salt, sugar, yeast & baking soda. Mix it well..
  2. Next add in yogurt, egg & oil and mix it..
  3. Finally make a dough with Lukewarm milk and keep it aside covered for 2 hours till it rise..
  4. Make small balls and then put it on a greased plate & cover again for 15 minutes..
  5. Now take each ball, dust in flour and flatten it..
  6. Put on a greased pan, make holes with fork and slightly wet your hands and tap the top part..
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds & kalunji..
  8. Bake at the highest temperature of the oven till done for about 5 minutes..
  9. Once it's done, brush lavishly with butter & coriander leaves..
  10. Serve hot !!.
