- It's 300 grams of unsalted butter.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
- It's 1 tablespoon of salt.
- It's 2 cups of flour (unbleached all purpose).

Mix the water and salt and set aside.

Sift together the flour in the bowl of a food processor.

Cut up the butter into cubes and slowly add in while pulsing the mixture.

Add water to the mixture and pulse again about three times..

Add the dough onto a floured board.

Roll the dough a couple of time and then refrigerate for 20 minutes..
