  2. You need 20 sheet of spring rolls paper.
  3. It's 1 of onion.

Place the spring roll wrappers on a work surface. Tuck the ends in then roll up. Seal the edges with the beaten egg yolk. Fry chicken mince and spice paste until mince is cooked through.
