- You need 500 grams of leavened/puff pastry.
- You need 10 of simple sausages.
- Prepare 1 of egg.
- You need 1 of garlic.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of salt and pepper.

Roll out pastry.

Preheat oven to 230°C.

Cut pastry into strips that are 3/4 the lengh of the sausage..
