Ingredients of Masala Mushroom

  1. Prepare 200 gms of Mushroom.
  2. You need 3 tsp of Ghee.
  3. Prepare 1 of Tomato.
  4. Prepare 2 of medium sized onion.
  5. It's 1 of small Capsicum.
  6. It's 6 tsp of Curd.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Corn flour.
  8. Prepare 10 now of Almond and Cashew nuts.
  9. Prepare For of Spices:.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Kashmiri mirch powder.
  11. You need 2 tsp of Garam masala.
  12. It's 1 tsp of Tandoori masala.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of Chat masala.
  14. You need 1/2 tsp of Dhaniya powder.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of Jeera.
  16. It's 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  17. You need 1 tsp of Jaggery powder.
  18. It's to taste of Salt.
  19. It's As required of Kasuri Methi.

Masala Mushroom step by step

  1. Wash 200 gm button Mushroom and merinate with 2tsp curd, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp Tandoori Masala, 1 tsp Chat masala, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder and salt to taste. Keep refrigerated for 30 minutes..
  2. For Gravy - In a hot pan add 1 tsp ghee. Now add Roughly cut 1 medium onion and 1 tomato. Add almond and Cashew nut. Add spices - 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, Dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp, Garam masala 1 tsp, Kashmiri mirch powder 1/2 tsp, Salt to taste. Cook till the onion and tomatos are nicely done. Then add 4 tsp curd and stir for 2 min in low flame..
  3. Let it cool down completely and then make a fine paste of it..
  4. Now smoke the Mushroom pieces. I used the gas stove. Also cut one medium sized onion in pallets and a small Capsicum in pieces..
  5. In a hot pan, add 2 tsp ghee. Add jeera and stir for 1 min. Then add the onion and capsicums to it. Cook till onions changes it's colour..
  6. Then add the gravy and cook for 3 min in low flame. Once the gravy started thickening add the mushroom pieces. Mix well and cook for 4-5 min in lower flame. Add jaggery powder to balance the taste. At last add some kasuri methi and off the flame..
  7. Serve hot with Roti, Parantha, Pulao, Bread.
