  2. It's 3 of Onions.
  3. Prepare 2 of Tomatoes.
  4. It's As required of Green coriander chopped.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of Hung curd.
  6. Prepare 2 of Cardamoms.
  7. It's 1" stick of Dalchini.
  8. Prepare 1 of Tejpatta.
  9. It's 1 spoon of Garam masala powder.
  10. You need 1/2 spoon of cumin powder.
  11. Prepare 1/2 spoon of coriander powder.
  12. You need 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder.
  13. You need 1 spoon of Kasmiri mirch powder.
  14. You need 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder.
  15. It's to taste of Salt.
  16. It's As required of Oil.
  17. It's 1 spoon of Ginger garlic paste.

Mushroom Tikka Masala instructions

  1. Cut onion as shown in pic.
  2. Take curd in a bowl and add powder of Garam masala, red chilli, Kashmiri Mirch 1/4 spoon each. Add salt to taste and washed Mushroom. Mix them well and keep it aside for 15 minutes for marination..
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add tej patta, dalchini, elaichi. After 30 seconds add onion and tomato. Sauté 5 minutes. Now add 1 cup water and saute for another 5 minutes..
  4. Take it out and keep it for cooling. Now make it's paste by grinding in mixture grinder..
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated mushroom nicely..
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste, kashmiri mirch powder, other remaining masala & then add onion tomato paste and saute till oil leaves sides..
  7. Add fried mushroom and salt. Add water as needed..
  8. Mushroom Tikka Masala is ready to serve..
