1. You need 2 of Rock Cornish Game Hens.
2. You need 2 tbsp of olive oil.
3. You need 1 tsp of salt.
4. It's 1 tsp of onion powder.
5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of paprika.
6. It's 4 clove of garlic.
7. You need 4 tbsp of butter.
8. Prepare 2 tbsp of rosemary (or 2 sprigs).
9. You need 1/2 cup of chicken broth.

Rosemary Rock Cornish Game Hen instructions

1. In large crockpot, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle a small amount of the salt, pepper and paprika on the bottom of the pot.
2. Place each hen in the pot, breast up.
3. Mash garlic and spread on top of each hen.
4. Sprinkle seasonings on top of each hen.
5. Cover each hen with butter and rosemary.
6. Pour broth in bottom of pot and cover.
7. Cook on high for 4 1/2 hours.
8. Place hens in nonstick baking dish and brush with butter sauce leftover in pot.
9. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes to crisp the skin.
10. Brush with butter sauce again before serving.
